New accounts are untrained, which means that automation may not be as sophisticated on Day 1 as it is on Day 10. To ensure accuracy and that the machine learning features on your account are learning correctly, we typically implement an Active Management window, during which a portion of your invoices may be sent to our internal team for manual review. This may delay their appearance inside of BravoTran.


During this window, invoices will be reviewed by our team at least twice per day, and typically much more frequently than that. All invoices received during the day will be processed by the end of the day, and will be either posted or exceptioned.


This initial active management period lasts for 3 weeks, after which point your account should be well-trained enough to deliver significant automation. The machine learning doesn't end there, though, and you should continue noticing improvements with each invoiced processed through BravoTran.
