Office365


  1. Go to portal.office.com and log on
  2. Click on ‘Admin’
  3. In left pane, click ‘Exchange’
  4. In Exchange Admin Center, click on ‘Mail Flow’
  5. Ensure you are on the ‘Rules’ tab, click the ‘+’ then create a new rule called ‘BravoTran Process Forwarding’
  6. Once in the rule, select “*Apply this rule if” and apply it to all relevant email messages
    1. Select the relevant recipient email address where you are receiving the invoices today.
    2. In the next section, select ‘Add Recipient’ and ‘BCC the message to the email address BravoTran gives you. 
  7. Click ‘Save’ to save the rule.
  8. To modify the rule once created, simply highlight the rule, then click the pencil.


Anti-Spam Policy


If only internal emails are showing up in BravoTran, the anti-spam policy might need to change:


  1. Log in to https://security.microsoft.com/antispam
  2. After successful logon, click “Anti-spam outbound policy (Default)”:
  3. Then click ‘Edit Protection Settings’
  4. Change the forwarding rule from ‘Automatic – System-controlled’ to ‘On – forwarding is enabled’
  5. Click Save to save the updated rule.
