The BravoTran interface consists of six distinct areas:

  1. The Menu
  2. The Email Header
  3. The Progress Bar
  4. The Exception Area
  5. The Document Viewer
  6. The Search Area

Each of these areas and its respective controls are discussed in more detail below.

1. The Menu

The Menu consists of top-level navigation buttons. These include:

  • The BravoTran logo - Returns the user to the dashbloard
  • Dashboard - Returns the user to the dashboard
  • Activity - Takes the user to the Activity Log
  • Email Search - Takes the user to the Email Search area
  • Settings - Takes the user to the Settings Page
  • Help - Opens the Support channel, where support topics or tickets can be opened
  • Log out - Logs the user out

2. The Email Header

This area shows the email subject line, sender, receipt date, and organization (if populated). It also includes a button to forward the email to an external email address, and a button to ignore all groups, which will remove all document groups from any work queue.

3. The Progress Bar

The Progress Bar details the different steps involved in getting the documents from an email assigned. These can be reviewed in a separate support article. The steps themselves are clickable, and this area can be used to review or redo a previously-completed step.

4. The Exception Area

This area indicates any currently active exceptions. In general, exceptions must be resolved if a user is seeking to manually assign an item or redo a previously-completed step. More detail on resolving these exceptions can be found at this link.

5. The Document Viewer

From here, individual document pages can be reviewed, as can the original email message (by clicking "Message"). Images can be expanded by clicking the diagonal arrows in the upper-right corner of the area.

6. The Search Area

The Search Area shows all potentially matching jobs. References that match to a document page are highlighted in blue. Other jobs can be searched by manually keying or dragging-and-dropping references from the invoice page into the search bar.

The "Ignore Documents" button will ignore the current document group and remove it from any work queues. Potential matches are displayed below this, and matches can be selected and assigned by clicking on them. The "Add Reply" button allows the user to send an email to an external recipient, and will move the item to the "Waiting" queue.
